Her work in the firm consists of preparing and filing renewal applications for trademarks. The preparation of the recordal of assignments, mergers, changes of name and address of the trademarks. As well as the drafting of Deeds of Assignment and Powers of Attorneys.
She rigorously dedicates to the protection, obtainment and managing in the territory of the Dominican Republic, the IP rights of our various national and international clients, with the purpose of offering and providing our clients with an accurate, complete and effective assistance.
