Diana is an attorney at Troncoso and Caceres. She has joined the Intellectual Property Department as Junior Associate, with specialization in Trademark Agency services, consultation and advice for the registration of trademarks; preliminary searches and legal opinion, registration and maintenance of distinctive signs, registration of name changes, address changes, transfers, mergers; defenses to objections both in for form and merits; reconsideration appeals, cancellation actions, defense writs, reply , counter-reply; reivindication actions; litigation in trademarks infringement; among others, all related to distinctive signs.
Prior to joining Troncoso and Cáceres she has worked in the Intellectual Property Department of Castillo y Castillo where she handled registrations, renewals and changes to distinctive signs. Once she gratuated from Law School, Diana was promoted as Junior Associate of the Intellectual Property Litigation team of the firm where she worked with everything related to the protection and defense of trademarks and designs, including all types of administrative litigation.
After her depart from Castillo y Castillo, Diana decided to venture into the Corporate Area, as Junior Lawyer of a boutique law firm in which she devoted her practice in rendering corporation maintenance legal services and commercial contracts.
As an Intellectual Property attorney she is currently part of the group of young professionals of Troncoso and Cáceres who share her passion for Intellectual and Industrial Property.
