Geridania is an Associate Attorney at Troncoso and Caceres. Her areas of expertise are Intellectual Property, corporate law, contract law and litigation relating to these areas, in which she has extensive expertive.
In Intellectual Property matters, Geridnia advises her clients in the managing of their portfolios, including the filing, maintenance, monitoring and defense of their rights. In Corporate Law, she handles the formation, amendment, transformation, maintenance and dissolution of companies. Geridania is also able to provide general advice on Contract Law to clients, helping implement effective and smooth transactions.
She started in this firm as a Paralegal of Intellectual Property, a position from which she separated to complete her Master's Degree in Civil Procedure in 2012. Thereafter, she joined the team of Felix & Co., extending her practice to Corporate law, health permits, copyrights, contracts, civil proceedings and unfair competition actions, as well as trademark agency services brands, both in the Caribbean and the rest of Latin America.
In 2015, she joines the team of professionals of Troncoso y Cáceres, from where she offers her services in the areas of her expertise, together with a team of young professionals who share her passion about the practice of law.
